Best Ever

Arrived directly from distributor well packaged in great shape. These pan have an enclosed round handle and a coating that so far is absolutely the best non-stick surface ever. Seriously: just a touch of oil / butter, and eggs don't stick but slide off the pan allowing you to make perfect omelets. These are neither too heavy nor too light - just right weight for our ceramic cooktop stove. And flat too. No wobble. Cleanup with paper towel and then wash in sink as normal and amazing water doesn't spot and pan appears nearly dry. Very Pleased.
