LNOW Scooter Awesome Warranty

bought the LNOW scooter for my grandson for his birthday in November 2025 and he absolutely loved it.  So much so, that he road it practically every day!  Around May 2026, he started having problems with it and by June it was practically in two pieces.  I reached out to the seller, PooBoo, to find out it was under warranty, and they confirmed there was a manufacture warranty.  After a bit of "tag your it" communications and sending photos of the broken scooter, I was able to reconnect with the seller.  To my surprise, instead offering to repair the scooter, they offered to send a brand new scooter!  I was so appreciative and overjoyed at the service, Susie, provided to resolve my issue.  After my experience with PooBoo, I regard them as a reputable company, and I highly recommend them and the product!
