Bought this and set it up for my uncle who had had some strokes and was in a skilled nursing facility. We put a ton of pictures on a USB drive and plugged it in - it was a Christmas gift...and he has it running everytime we visit...seems to be a win for him to not feel so alone and forgotten. (this was inexpensive enough that I wouldn't care too much if it accidentally disappeared, if it makes him happy for awhile, that's worth it!)

A Great Little Digital Display

The unit has a 7 inch diagonal screen, which is as advertised. It's great for the desk where I'm using it, but don't use this product if you're trying to view it from a distance. The picture is clear and bright. Good definition. Very easy to set up. Just plugged in a USB stick and off it went. Settings mode is intuitive and easy to change presentation options . Everything worked great. For the money, I think it is a terrific product.
