I purchased this new Gen 7 Apple watch after having a Gen 3 for a couple of years. I really like the Blood Oxygen Sensor and ECG Sensor built into the watch. I was hospitalized with Covid-19 and ever since then I have been monitoring my blood oxygen and ECG levels. I can now perform these functions right on my watch, anytime I want and dont have to carry around other instruments to take these measurements. I have compared the watch readings with my instruments and can say they are extremely close in their readings.
