I bought these headphones as a gift for my sister. She absolutely loves them! Not only is the design super cute and expensive looking, but the sound quality is surprisingly really good. You can hear the audio clearly while also still being able to hear your surroundings. This might not be good for everyone but, for people with kids it definitely comes in handy. The earbuds don't go all the way into the ear, but they're comfortable to wear long term.

comfort and quality

These are so much more comfortable than earbuds. The call quality is better than my friends $200 pair. I am very impressed. I forget I am even wearing them sometimes. I am thrilled. The earbuds would always fall out whenever I talked, chewed or more...I think I have a smaller than average ear canal. I haven't had any complaints about external noise, and it hasn't bothered me on my end. Music sound great even though it sits on the outer ear. I like the charging case it comes in as well. I haven't tested the twist lock, or understand it perhaps. But I just adore these.
