I've seen n heard tons of people say bad things about low prices basses n guitars... I've been playing bass for longer than half the people making those comments have been alive n I can tell u that every bass or guitar plays the same 12 notes... I currently own 3 glarry basses n every one of them out of the box has come playable delivered to my front door... yes u might have a finish flaw or a little neck gap but those things literally have nothing to do with playability... I've yet to find a fret length problem or a dead fret or fret buzz issue... intonation is good n this specific bass the 6 string was set up so well I didn't have to do anything but tune it n start playing... I have videos that r watched around the world on YouTube n other places n in almost every one of them I'm playing a $100-$130 glarry or rogue bass n I log thousands of watch times hours on my videos... obviously the price of the instrument doesn't dictate how good or bad it sounds... I love my low cost glarry basses especially the ones with the humbucker style pickups... they sound outstanding n for the record I've played basses from all price ranges from $100 glarry to multiple thousands of dollars 60s model fender basses n everything in between... I do put flat wound strings on my basses that cost more than half the cost of the bass itself but out of the box with the strings that come on the bass I've made some of my best recordings... please if ur looking to start playing music don't listen to those tear elitists that tell u it has to cost x amount or have a certain name on the name plate... do urself a favor n check out some of the budget basses out there like glarry n unless I just have been the luckiest guy in the world n I know I'm not ur going to get a good working instrument that u can play n don't have to worry about n even better most of them r passive pickups so u don't have to worry about batteries n unplugging after u play... u can literally get a great small venue setup for bass for less than $600 n that's including a good amp n changing out the strings a strap n a 25 foot instrument cable... hit me up Glarry I have no problem telling people I play ur gear...
