I bought these socks for my roommate. He has wide ankles that other socks were tight around his ankles that they left marks that probably affected his circulation. These socks do stretch out at ankles and he said feel much more comfortable. I looked at them and to me, they would most likely would fit any size wide ankle. The only negative thing I have to say is that they only come in a package of 12 pairs of socks. Too many!!! 6 pairs would be better.
