I am a 51 year old menopausal aerial dancer who has had one vaginal delivery and sometimes I leak urine when dancing. This thong has been a lifesaver. No more darting to the bathroom in the middle of class (or performing) because I am worried that I have peed. Thank you so much for creating this amazing product. PS I tried the mesh and seamless versions of the thong which did not work as well because of fit and Saalt was amazing at giving me a refund even though they had been worn.

When it comes to period underwear Saalt brand is the way to go. I've tried others and while they worked for being leak free the other brands haven't developed a product that leaves you feeling fresh. Somehow these panties keep you feeling dry and fresh while others make you feel stuffy with no air flow. I do feel they are a little over priced but I try to find them on sale. Also with these specific ones I bought a large (after reading reviews) and they fit perfectly. I usually wear a medium in underwear and a size 4 in pants.

i had to size up one on this (XL instead of L) because it runs super small but otherwise its super comfy. Saalt is by far the most comfy period brand i've tried and i've tried about 3-4. the coverage seems a bit less than my thinx thong but it's a lot more comfy. i wish they'd put the gusset higher in their underwear though.
