For a Real Estate agent- well worth buying!

Firstly, it is a great value for the $90 I paid for the 6' version through Walmart, especially considering shipping was included and delivery was fairly quick. It is easy to install with a mallet in softish ground, and even though it is not very heavy, it stayed in place after a recent strong and long windstorm. IT stayed oriented correctly, and doesn't lean, as I do sometimes see with wood posts too shallowly installed. It's attractive and inexpensive compared to having your real estate sign installation company install and uninstall it for you. I love having the control, and I don't mind driving to a property to install or uninstall the sign. Also, it arrived with a few minor broken pieces. One message to 4Ever and the replacements are on the way. (Walmart's "contact the seller" feature wasn't working, so I just looked up the company via Google.)
