The Nutiva Organic MCT Oil with Caprylic and Capric Acids is something I have considered trying for a while. When it came up on Sparks to review, I jumped at the chance. Use to use coconut oil in my smoothies but it would turn solid as soon as I add frozen ingredients. I tried several other brands of MCT Oil but I missed the smell and flavor that my coconut oil gave. This brand Nutiva HAS the TASTE and smell of coconut oil. It's perfect for smoothies. The other brands of MCT Oil I tried ... I could not even tell they were made from coconut oil if I hadn't read the ingredients from the bottle.
