Not a good breast support or fitting the breast

The breast cups were way to small and couldn't hold up my small breast in the cup, the item was beautiful in looks but not good at all in fit and if I order a medium for my waist line fit then the breast cups will be even smaller I am a 36b cup so it should of fit fine and don't have no support in holding the breast up as depicted in the picture
