I ordered these before Christmas but shortly after ordering them the seller contacted me to let me know they would not arrive in time for a Christmas gift . The customer service was excellent in offering a complete refund right away or letting me receive them later. I appreciated them letting me know far enough in advance to be able to purchase something else- not many sellers would have done that and left me scrambling to get something at the last minute. They looked like they would be very warm and helpful with the touch screen capability. I would order from this company again due to the professional way they handled my order.
