T board fit like a charm, i am reall happy so far, knock on wood, i have a i9 extreem and a sas raid controller 12GBS pushing 4 enterprise 15000 rpm 2.5 hard drive, and a 3080 rog strix video card, i am not a fan of water cooling yet, so i got 4 200mm fans and 2 120mm fans on the bottom next to an Antic 1000 watt platnaum ps. and 4 X8 4266mhz memory sticks. it is a good start, o in a thermotake glass case. keep my fingers crossed

I love this board, rock solid stable.... I purchased just a few months ago knowing PCIe 4.0 is already out on some boards, but I needed the PCIe lanes.... The X299 is a very mature chipset and the ROG STRIXX X299-E gaming MB was perfect for my needs.

The board looks and performs really well and has most all the features that you will need for a gaming setup. The only change I would like to see is the NVME slot that stands in the upright position near the 24 pin power supply plug be moved so that it is down on the main board like the other two are so that the extra hardware would not be needed to mount it.
