A "Mug" look - Not Satisfied

I am dissatisfied with the color of the item received in my shipment. I had requested black, but instead, bronze was selected. Additionally, the lid does not secure properly, despite having a silicone rubber seal. The set appears to be made of hard plastic rather than ceramic and is quite heavy to handle when empty. Although it resembles a cup, approximately one-quarter of its interior space is occupied by its design. Furthermore, the product does not include a USB charger, but an old fashioned wall charger, which is disappointing; having this accessory could have enhanced its value and portability. A USB Type-C cable charger would allow for convenient charging on the go. I have yet to charge the device but will provide an update on its specifications once I do so, if the review allows me too.

ISSUES WITH BRONZE VERSIONS, not black ones.

I love my IonMugs, but have had issues with my bronze ones. I have two and both of the charging coasters have melted around the prongs, making the prongs start to sink into their plate. Also, one of the lids bronze coating has chipped. I have had zero issues with black mugs and their charging coasters and do recommend these.
