My favorite high protein yogurt

I watch my weight and I lift weights, which means I'm always on the lookout for high protein meals and snacks. Ratio is by far my favorite high-protein yogurt to have. The flavors are outstanding and the macros can't be beat. It's very creamy and very thick, and I find that it's easier to eat with 1-2 tablespoons of granola mixed-in. The sugar content is low and the lactose in it doesn't give me stomach upset like some other yogurt products. I try to get these when they're on sale because they're pretty expensive otherwise, but high-quality protein is always expensive and I don't want to settle for the cheap stuff.

Read a credible recent review of Top 10 yogurts: Ratio is not a brand I was familiar with. The package calls it a "dairy snack" ; it's creamy, thick and tastes delicious. It ranked %232 in the review, just below Greek yogurt plain (preferred by many because of no added sugars). And without a doubt, it's got the highest protein at 25 g of all the popular yogurts. I'll buy it again and again.
