Runs small/snug

I have never had to exchange an item for a larger size, but this coat fit VERY snugly in my size. Customer Service was most helpful in assisting me to exchange it, but if you are going to order this one, get a size larger if you do not want a snug fit!

Nice coat but...

I really like the color, style and fabric weight of this coat. Unfortunately, it is way too big. I usually buy coats one size bigger than my clothing which makes for a comfortable fit. Unfortunately, I am sending back all of the clothing from my order because, obviously, things run large here. That means the coat, which I bought a size larger, is off the charts large. I will go 2 sizes down (one size smaller that what I usually wear) and I think it'll work.
