I would prefer that the renewal date be a set day of the month rather than every 30 days so that it doesn't shift from month to month. I don't always get a reminder or often just miss it. I use my cell phone very little in spite of it being my primary phone. It seems to be the best deal out there for the way I use my phone. I don't have a smart phone so very rarely use the data allowance. So that part of what I pay for is just unused.

this system has failed me numerous times. i have paid my bill only to find out that the system cancelled my order. i have tried to set my pin only to have it fail. I can never check my account to be sure it hasn't been taken over. I have contacted customer service only to get disconnected and have them close out the ticket.
