I have never had problems with purchasing a phone or reactivating a phone. But when I went to the store to purchase a phone this time, your clerk was of absolutely no help. I ended up buying a phone that the clerk later said when I had to return that it was not compatible with the Family Mobile but the Samsung phone was what I have always had before but I had to end up switching to a cheaper Moto phone which I really don't like but I have to make due with what I have now.

the only issue I'm having right now is they're trying to tell me that my data is ready to be renewed as of yesterday I paid ahead of schedule last week for this so why am I getting a message saying in my day is up when I redid my data plan last week I don't think you should have to redo the data plan every month do the $35 one that's the one you want to do let me know sure if you really want to update it or change it yeah but I have to buy a whole new card like every month it's weird but I mean all it's okay it's not too bad I don't like like last week paid ahead of schedule because my data was not working at all but if I don't have any data now I will be upset because I've already paid for this look at the receipts
