Love it

I bought this for my son for Christmas. It still charges fast and works great. He rides it everywhere. The seat really does go on and off with such ease that he takes it off and puts it back on at seven-years-old. One of the greatest inventions.

Love it

She enjoys this scooter so much and the speed is just right, the only thing she doesn't like is the chair. She thought she was going to enjoy the scooter with the seat but I guess not. It is not enough cushion on the seat and it is always hurting her butt afterwards so she preferred to stand up instead. We go for a ride every single day now.

We purchased this scooter as a birthday gift, and unfortunately it stopped working about a month after purchase. While that was disappointing, the customer service completely turned the experience around. Martina was absolutely wonderful—quick to respond, extremely helpful, and patient while guiding us through two troubleshooting attempts. When the issue still couldn’t be resolved, she immediately offered to ship us a brand-new scooter. Her professionalism and care made all the difference, and we truly appreciated the support. Great customer service goes a long way, and Martina delivered exactly that.
