My search for a great pair of earbuds that don't cost a small fortune has finally ended! I've been using the Wireless Simplicity™ Wireless Earbuds from Skullcandy® and they are absolutely FANTASTIC! The design is just perfect. Instead of each earbud being completely separate, the Skullcandy® earbuds are connected to each other by a small, slim and comfortable cord that simply goes around the back of the neck connecting each earbud for added convenience and loss prevention. I truly love this because I don't have to worry about losing an earbud if it happens to fall out. Instead the earbud will be caught by the cord making it quick and easy to pop the earbud right back in my ear. With other earbuds that aren't connected by a cord, I've actually lost a few pair because they've fallen out and I couldn't find them afterwards. The cord also has a control panel attached right to it. The control buttons are so convenient and make it so simple to just reach up and do everything from raising and lowering the volume, play/pause your music, push tracks forwards or backwards, power on and off, pair devices and even answer and end your cell phone calls. There's also an in-line microphone and remote that are connected to the cord too so you don't have to go reaching for your device either all the time either - everything's connected right there on the cord. And these earbuds can even be charged straight from the control panel as well. Just simply open up the tab on the side of the control panel and attach your charger right there. These earbuds are Bluetooth® ready for seamless connection to your devices, the battery lasts up to 6 full hours and they are completely splash resistant too so feel free to wear these earbuds at the beach or the pool because they are 100% protected. And the sound quality you get with these earbuds is unbeatable. They stand up to even the most expensive earbuds I've used. The ear gels come in 3 separate sizes and stability gels in 2 separate sizes allowing for the most noise-isolating fit possible. This set also includes a micro USB charging cable, a user friendly instuction guide and a secure cable clip that can be attached to your shirt for added security and stability. Plus with these Skullcandy® Earbuds you can listen wirelessly up to an impressive 33 ft. away from your connected device! I was really impressed with these earbuds. They are a great value for the money. My daughter prefers earbuds like these that are connected to each other with the wire (though they are still Bluetooth/wireless to the device). She read that it doesn't send waves through your brain and is therefore safer. Who knows? Better safe than sorry, I guess. They very easily connect to any Bluetooth compatible device. We have used them with phones and tablets and they connect easily every time. The sound quality is pretty good. I wouldn't say that you can hear the “richness” of the bass necessarily, etc., but for the price ($14.88), these earbuds are fabulous. This is actually our second pair. There is nothing wrong with the first, my daughter just wanted a pair for school and a pair for home. These are so affordable, that you can buy several for the price of the more expensive earbuds. They don't do the auto-pause when removed or any of that fancy stuff, but what do you expect for $15? They sound great for casual music listening, watching videos/movies, and online gaming. They are perfect for teens or anyone who may lose earbuds occasionally to prevent you from having a heart attack when you lose your $100+ earbuds on the bus. These may not please a melomaniac or an audiophile, but they seemed great to me.
