Freshness Guaranteed Chicken Breast Tenderloins, 2.0 - 3.0 lb Tray

Unfortunately these seemed as though they went through a lot in the production line. Very oddly shaped, practically shredded sides on most and i bit into a ‘piece of bone'. Meat was fresh but whatever machine handled them was very aggressive, lots of dangling bits. The bone thing…not good at all. Luckily i bit into it on the flat side rather than at any side angle because it was a very sharp triangle shape!

I buy these because I make chicken tenders often, I would rather get them at non big chain store like Walmart because they can be just as tough as frozen and I brine them with buttermilk and salt so that ought to tell you. if not, that method tenderizes the meat. comparitively other "fresh" tender are sooo tender and juicy
