This is an awesome jacket. Just received mine today and am totally happy with the purchase. Well constructed, seems like a solid zipper and looks like it will last forever if taken care of. I would have liked to seen a flannel type liner vs web design but won't ding for that. It will go well to any event, well o.k. not black tie maybe, but otherwise very nice. By all means, if you're on the fence about size go up one. I went with the large based on previous reviews....good choice.
