Received this yesterday immediately plugged it in I have had candle warmers for years. This one has a nice sleek simple design so it will be easy to keep clean from any candle wax that drips. It does exactly what it should do and that is warm HR candle without heating the wax to the point that it would burn skin. Overall it is exactly what it is designed to do bird spray on the East Coast as just arrived
