This is by for my favorite pan!

I just got this pan and have been using it ever since I got it. The first dish I made with it was chicken marsala, and it came out fantastic. It browned evenly throughout the whole pan. It didn't burn and everything came out golden brown like it should have. When it came time for me to heat up the oil with the butter in it, it did it equally. I put the chicken in and had the heat up on medium-high because of how many pieces I put in and I wanted it to brown quickly. It didn't burn nor did it burn the oil. I highly recommend this pan and the lid was just the icing on the cake! I cook every day and let me tell you this thing is a game changer for me!!

Worth the investment.

What's not to love? Pot fits nicely on stove even at 12 inches. Vented glass lids make it fun to watch. Since you can put pan in the oven, you can do any type dish you want with room leftover. Flat bottom makes a great connection with my glass top stove. The handles make the deep pan manageable.
