This fan is fantastic. It blows air that can actually be felt from a distance. It can safely be put high and tilted downward or put low an tilted upwards. If placed leveled , it can be tilted to blow air straight ahead. My dog decided it was too hot outside. He walked straight toward the fan and laid directly in front of the fan and napped there comfortably for hours. This is a really good fan. You might have a hard time getting a turn to use it yourself. I plan to buy a second one.

My husband works outdoors in the Tennessee heat and humidity and is hot and exhausted when he comes home. I thought it would be nice for him to sit down and cool off before his shower when he got home. I chose this fan because it's small enough to sit on the side table in the living room and be close enough to blow on his chair. Man, does this thing pack a punch! I never thought something that small could put out that much force! And it's quiet, you can barely hear it. He loves it, it's just what we needed!
