Looks Nothing Like Picture and Arrived Shattered

The picture online shows a lovely matte gold/beige color inside the maple stain, but this frame is actually metallic gold. All of the images online were very misleading. See attached picture for what it actually looks like. Additionally, the frame arrived completely shattered and scuffed up, as it was packaged with 4 other frames using only one very thin piece of bubble wrap. ArtToFrames needs to package frames much more securely if they are going to send large orders all in the same box.

Great product and customer service

The collection of frames to choose from is very impressive. I was able to find the perfect frame for a custom print to complete a Christmas gift. I made a mistake when checking out and selected the wrong shipping method. I emailed customer service and it was taken care of right away. I was extremely pleased when the frame arrived - the packaging was very secure. Great experience all around.

Wonderful product and company!

This was a purchase to frame a copy of the Bill of Rights for our church's wall. The unique size made it hard to find a frame to fit. Art To Frames was not only able to supply the right size, but also a beautiful frame for a reasonable price. It arrived in perfect condition and faster than expected. Not only do I recommend this company, we are considering ordering a couple more soon. Thanks for exceeding my expectations.
