This is my second time purchasing this hair dryer. I ruined the 1st by wrapping the wire too tight, so it stopped working after 8years. had I taken care of it I'm sure it would have lasted even longer. Lessoned learned! Gives the best blow outs with no frizz, drying hair fast, you can change the heat settings, and the power level on it is amazing.
