Simple, Yet Elegant

Simple yet elegant in design. Easy to install. The motion of the faucet handle is very smooth. Our last Grohe faucet lasted 26 years. Hope this one will serve us well for another 26 years.

Disappointed, complaint resolution still pending

This is a nice faucet, but the cartridge on mine went bad after only about 5 years, causing intermittent leaking from the base of the lever. Am still working with Grohe for more than a month now to get what we need to fix it. Apparent corrosion inside the faucet makes it impossible (so far) to remove the lever and replace the cartridge.

Hi Dianne, thank you for contacting GROHE Consumer Connections. We are showing two orders for you both of which are showing as delivered the beginning of August by USPS. Please contact us at grohetechcare@lixil.com confirming the delivery of these parts. I have also sent an email containing the manual to help assist with the replacement. We will also need pictures showing the corrosion of the faucet.
