Carrington Farms Organic Ghee Clarified Butter Grass fed Gluten Free, 12 oz

Ghee is the best thing to cook with because it has a higher smoke point than even coconut oil does. I read somewhere that ghee is the most pure form of fat on the entire planet! I also like that it doesn't have any casein or lactose. I use it instead of butter on my potatoes and on all of my vegetables because we just don't eat near enough good healthy fat in this day and age. To me it tastes the same as butter and I like it a lot. The fact that it's organic is just a plus!
