I wanted a cookware set that would not stick or burn my food. So, I decided to give this set a try, and I am so glade that I purchased it with the help of my eldest son. What I love so much about this set is that it's non-stick, heats up really fast, cooks my food perfectly, and the awesome black and cooper colors are beautiful, and a perfect match. Also, it come with a set of good sturdy, plastic utensil set, and it works very well. These utensils help avoid scratching the surface. I cooked some stir fried beautiful bell peppers, and tofu eggs into the frying pan. My meals did not stick, and cleaning was a simple breeze. Overall, I love it.
