Perfect %26 Versatile!

This set of "Peacock" melamine dinnerware is a dream come true for those who enjoy creating attractive outdoor tablescapes. This particular set (I ordered 2 sets, which I picked up at an incredibly reasonable price) has paired beautifully with natural/neutral tones of jutes, woods and wovens, as well as a completely different motif using vibrant hues of blues and greens, crisp linens, bright silver napkin rings and sleek white accessories. I've even used them for a festive Mexican themed poolside birthday party using traditionally patterned linens (napkins called "green multi salsa", also sold by Walmart) and it looked fabulous. Additionally, they're very easy to care for. I prefer to wash them by hand, but they've survived the top rack of the dishwasher without any issue. Also, after many meals, they are unscratched and in perfect shape. So, if you're looking for a great set of melamine dinnerware that you can have endless fun playing with and creating beautiful tablescapes for your family and friends, I highly recommend giving this a set a try. Bought these for an outdoor get together- they are very thin but work - I imagine they wouldn't take much abuse and survive but the inexpensive part makes that worth it. Used in summertime on patio not for every day/ hand wash.
