I chose this Lap Top Desk because I needed one for use with my Dell lap top. I mostly use this desk while I am in my recliner. I had been using part of a rolled up throw to put under my computer to keep it at the level I needed to see. So glad I now have this Lap Top Desk. I can adjust the level up to eight positions. Really easy to use and there is a flip top ledge at the bottom to keep your lap top from sliding off the desk. It makes it so much easier now to work on my lap top. And to view movies and videos online. And typing on the keyboard is much easier with my lap top tilted. This Lap Top Desk is made of plastic and seems pretty sturdy so I expect it will last for a long time. It has two bolster type filled pillows on the bottom for comfort and to keep the Lap Top Desk from sliding around. And when you are finished using the Lap Top Desk, it folds flat for easy storage. Just love it and the multiple uses for this Lap Top Desk.

The important thing that I over looked when I recently purchased a laptop/TV stand desk the first time is that I needed a slanted surface so that I could type on the laptop keyboard comfortably. The portable desk appears very sturdy and has a flat, hard surface, so you can use it for many things, like drawing, reading a magazine, book, text book, writing a letter, use as a music holder, etc. I use it mostly for my laptop at my desk, and sometimes in bed or in my lounge chair. I really like that it fits so comfortably in my lap as well. The bottom of the laptop holder is made of two felt, almost like bean bag filled tubes, but it is so light that it must be filled with an improved type of material that is similar to the beanbag fillers. I like that the whole thing is feather light. Another bonus is that this little desk keeps your iPad or laptop cooler because of the raised surface, which allows for proper ventilation. I have had other laptop adjustable desks before and this one if the best so far. I was surprised to find out that it is very reasonably priced and I think it is well worth its value. I would recommend this product to my family, friends and anyone that is searching for a portable, adjustable laptop/iPad desk.
