Perfect Laptop Stand, Does Everything I Need!!

This is about the fourth laptop stand I've owned, and my favorite so far. Have to use these things a lot with my job, as I have to be "portable" and take down meetings in remote places, so I'm not always at a table. So I record audio on a laptop and sometimes have problems being able to type and monitor progress on my laptop in my lap... I always need a dependable, adjustable laptop stand. I was worried that this would be too flimsy, as it is plastic and lightweight, and when I received it, it IS lighter than I had even expected. However, it turned out to be sturdier than I imagined -- I didn't beat it up, but I did put a little more pressure on it than I thought I would normally, and it held up just fine. Another good point, all those adjustable positions are wonderful! Most stands have two or three; this one has eight! Good point two: large- AND small-sized SEPARATE cushions on the underside of the stand, so that the large size creates the incline level. This may seem like a "well, duh" point, but if you've owned more than one laptop stand, you've probably owned one that had ONE giant cushion on the back. What happens? Yeah, all the little Styrofoam beads in the cushion shift after about 2 minutes to the front, and you have to lift it up and re-adjust. No, thanks. With this stand, someone figured that out, so there are two separate cushions, one big and one small. Thanks!! A separate bonus for me personally is that little flip-up tray on the top that will secure your laptop when it's being held at angle. Most of these trays are not adjustable and if you use the stands for anything other than a laptop, they will get in the way, and they also make storage a little hazardous in that the tray will pop off or get damaged. Been there. The fact that this is adjustable means I can lay it flat for easy storage, PLUS I can use this laptop stand for watercolor and other crafting I do (and I do a lot), when I need a flat but portable surface. All in all, a wonderful little stand, and I want about three more of 'em!

Great Lap Top Desk

I am doing a review on the Mind Reader Adjustable 8 Position Lap Top Desk. It comes in black. It is made of plastic but not a thin and cheap plastic. It is very well made. It has some weight to it. It is durable and it seems that it will lasts a long time. Not one of those flimsy ones. The title does not state that it comes with cushions. It comes with a larger cushion toward the top and a smaller one toward the bottom. It is made of a very soft and warm material. It kind of feels like felt to me. They are very comfortable. They are very thick and not cheap and thin. They have some sort of small round plastic beads inside of them. The desk itself is (L x W x H) 11.22 x 14.76 x 2.17 Inches. That is a pretty good size. My laptop is 15" and fits it just perfect. There is a little lip that sticks out that holds the bottom of the laptop in place. It has a rugged surface that words well. It is about one inch deep and six and a half inches long. The main point of this desk is that is comes in eight positions for the different angles of your laptop. Myself, I prefer the eighth position. I like the monitor up close and high. The different positions help with neck and eye strain. I thought during use the flat panel might slip out of one angle position to another but that did not happen at all. It is very sturdy, reliable and easy to use. I almost forgot to mention it also comes with a handle so that you can carry it with ease. I can't think of one thing to say negative about it. I would recommend this product.

Mind Reader Adjustable 8 Position Lap Top Desk,Black ........My Lap Top is used a lot... I do a lot of browsing through the Lap Top, from my recliner in the evenings. This lap tray give excellent stability........Pad material is very lightweight ..The been bag underside nicely adjusts to keep the upper surface level...The product seems well built and serves it purpose...This thing is awesome. Very comfy and easy to transport...... I use it fairly often and haven't had any problems with rips or tears. Fits comfortably on my lap and is wonderful.... I even use it when I want to color or paint on the couch or bed. I love it :).......This is perfect for our long road trip............I love it.....I would repurchase this lap desk a million times and recommend it for any one who likes to do a bit of lounging while studying or working.........Great little lap desk. ....I have also found this very useful for when I have to fill out paper forms, write out bills or notes while sitting in a chair..........I am going to keep this in mind as a gift giving idea at Christmas......This desk is a number 1 for me...I sit in my recliner in my livingroom and do my work in front of the TV....while relaxing in the recliner....... The best way to work.....Everyone needs one......Good quality, nicely made....
