O Christmas Tree!

This fabric is beautiful with the gold stars. I am going to use it to make my two year old granddaughter a Christmas outfit. You may have seen pictures online where a little girl is wearing multiple gathered layers of organza, shaped like a Christmas tree. You embellish the outfit with colorful pom-poms to look like the ornaments. I have been buying and making things for her to have her own dress up box. I believe I will make the back of the outfit using Velcro strips so that it can be tightened for her to wear now and for it to be adjustable to be a size or two larger. Most people use a darker shade of green, but this is the best I could find. And I think with her complexion, it will look great on her.
