Indeed and negative.

I like the phone, but there are times when it doesn't respond. I like the subtleties of it, but if you have it set for certain things, like auto rotate, it doesn't rotate. Look to make sure it's still set, and yes, it is. It just doesn't respond. At one point, the speaker stopped working; I had to restart the phone. At another point, I was unable to make a call. This is a new phone.
