it's apparently well made but i received apparently the wrong size ... was described as for a mastiff and said something like 16"-24" ... those numbers are or - .. terrible memory but I received a collar barely 20" total length... i need a much bigger one

I've used slide adjustable collars on pets for 20 years and never had one that constantly gets bigger over time. We keep having to readjust it ever other day or she'll slip out. The material also frays super easily. Which was funny for a minute when it looked like she was wearing a pink feather boa. But it seem to be a sign of poor quality. One positive is that the clasp is secure. However, if you have pain in your hands, that might be an issue as you have to squeeze quite hard to undo the clasp. Also had a strangely shaped d-ring that meant we had to add an extra jump ring to get her tag to face forward.
