Bought for my granddaughter who is six. We like the color and design and she still likes velcro fasteners but they run extremely small. I ordered a size 13 which she is just fitting into in US made shoes but these measure at almost a size 11. I returned and ordered a size 2 so hoping the new ones will fit her well. the shoes are not US made so accounts for the size issues.
