Hummmm

Well for starters packaging is horrible . And then when brought to the attention I was asked if I got it from them . Not able to call a help line. Ordered the side rails.and for 4 days I got labeled created notices . I was asked for picks of the packaging and the order . The email response was pretty good but not having the ability to conversate in real time is not good .. I do like the product and look lights are super bright ... off to a rough start but still looking forward to the end result
