We purchased this an early christmas gift for ourselves due to our old shark robot vacuum running over a dog mess. I was devastated, but I had been eyeing this model for a while now. When we were looking I noticed this one was on sale so we said “let's do it!” I have to say with 3 dogs and a toddler this thing cuts out our daily vacuuming and mopping! You'll still have to use the upright vacuum and the regular mop here and there for a deep clean, but this robot is a game changer. I highly recommend! Plus with a long hair dog the roller brush roll stays almost clean from hair.

The item was exactly as described. It works very well and mapping your home and allowing you to choose one or more rooms to vacuum at any time. The no touch cleaning and emptying of the water chambers is very nice. I have three dogs and it's done very well picking up all of their hair and all of the other things dogs bring into the house. I would definitely buy again, but I would like the price to be a little lower but consider considering the job that it does. it's an OK value for the money.

I have had a little trouble getting to know the robot, but I think I have finally figured it out. We have a massive amount of dog hair. I am elderly so it is hard to vacuum every day. I bought the robot to keep it picked up, but it can't keep up either. I was having to run the dust mop under everything before vacuuming which was hard for me. I now run the robot first thing in the morning which helps. The mop feature is not rated very high. If I spill something, it does not clean the floor. It only gets in the middle of the floor also. I had to move the station but cannot figure out how to change the mapping feature. It runs out of battery before finishing so it has to go back to the station. Then starts back up well after I have forgotten about it.
