This is the perfect size for one or two cats. The stainless steel seems to stay cleaner than the plastic models that are out there. Assembly was fairly easy. I do not like how the top sits on it though. Where the wire comes out it seems to make it sit crooked. Otherwise I think it's a great value for the money. I did get mine on sale. The filters are easy to put in. They are not terribly expensive

This is an extraordinarily well made product! It was a breeze to assemble and set up, requiring no effort nor tools whatsoever. It is Whisper quiet and made of carefree, antibacterial stainless steel which not only makes it extremely durable. Inasmuch as it is antibacterial in nature, it gives me peace of mind that it is a product of choice for my beloved Kitty, Buddy. The power cord is more that appropriate for the proper use of this item in a safe convenient manner. My Kitty, Buddy loves drinking from it's comfortably large, generous stainless steel surface area as the quiet gentle continuous flow of water has been found by leading feline authorities to lend itself to encouraging virtually all feline species to drink more often than from comparable static water sources alone. I highly recommend both this fine product as well as the Walmart Vendor who sold it to me. The product was shipped timely and received precisely as represented in a time efficient manner as I am a proud member of Walmart Plus, shipping was free and of course, began virtually immediate upon placing my order. Thank you Walmart for engaging with these fine Vendors who not only represent the Walmart family of products favorably, but serve the consumers who purchase them in a positive durable manner that will literally last for many years to come. If there is constructive comment to be found, it is that this particular unit that I purchased does not have any form of filtration associated with it, such as a common carbon filter often seen in comparable units. I overcame this arguably shortfall by improvising a filtration unit from commonly found aquarium components readily available ubiquitously at most pet stores, online, and of course from most Walmart Supercenters. I truly hope this helps other potential buyers of this fine product make an informed decision regarding the investment of their invaluable time and hard earned financial resources. Hard to find filters, but you can if you work at it. Fountains need to standardize filter sizes. What they say about stainless is true. After several regressed refresses no slime in the fountain yet and easy to wash in dishes dishwasher. NEVER BUY PLASTIC!
