Too Tight Slippers

I ordered a half size larger than I normally wear, and the slippers I received were so tight I couldn’t get them on. Then I re-ordered a full size larger than the previous order. I was able to get them on, but they were so tight across the top of my foot has to be painful. I will be returning both pairs.
