Customer Service not doing their job!

Blouse was way off American sizing! Tried to return all 10 blouses at store in Belton, Tx. The system was down for 3rd party returns, they told me I would have to come back another time. Went back after returning from vacation, and they said the time had lapsed for returns. They called customer service and told them my issue. The girl who spoke to them told me I would be getting a mailing label via email so I could send them all back. I have never received a mailing label. I only got QR code for 3 returns, not all 10. Now I am upset, I have 10 blouses I need returned for refund or gift card and I don't know what to do now. By the way, you already have pictures of the blouses on my orders! No need for me to go take more pictures and send them with this!
