Very easy to use and a great price point. We have used many different stim devices in the past but found the pads and replacement pads can be cost prohibitive. Plus you often must by specific pads from a specific manufacturer. This model uses a generic replacement pad system.

While the English in instructions is a bit rudimentary the manufacturer has included schematics to show various trigger points . Placing the pads on trigger points which coincide with the injury or area of pain will greatly improve the pain reduction and healing effect. Been waking with pain in my hip for months.
