The best mixer money can buy!!!

My husband is a French culinary chef. He bakes our bread, cakes of all kinds. I'm just a home cook cooking for decades, I have 5+1 children. ALL come to my Apt. To eat meals. Parties. All this is done with our 8qt. Lift-Sand Mixer. With the cage is a little more tricky. I know it's safe, my granddaughter won't stock her fingers in the mixer while running.. I make wedding cakes, birthdays and anniversary cakes. Dough mixing, pasta machine, sausage making, all aspects of culinary arts DONE with this machine. It's used every day...Hours at a time. I suggest this mixer for business also. THIS Mixer NEVER LET US DOWN!!. .we had a 6qt mixer before this one, for 42 years, before she ( MIXER) died... We immediately purchased this 8 qt. I wouldn't even dream of buying another brand.. my husband also ran Sbarro's Pizzaria for years, using Kitchen Aid/ Hobart mixer for 65 years!!!! Hands Down, buy only KitchenAid.. there's Soo many attachments also. The amenities are too numerous to list!!! BRAVISSIMO. Yes my husband is Italian born. I'm 100% Italian too!! Cooking is FIRST in my Famiglia. GRAZZIE!!🏆 BTW ALL our Kitchen appliances were KitchenAid, in our home we had in Maine. For 30 years!!! Unfortunately an arsonist burned our home down into the ground.. we were able to retrieve our KitchenAid mixer, before the fire. It's our right hand 👌.

Worth it

I should have bought this a long time ago before I burned out my 5q professional model. It's so quiet and powerful. I make 24 cinnamon buns in a batch daily along with other dough and this mixer is the perfect size to handle the job.
