This squash ravioli is a staple in our house as it can be used in so many different ways. We air fry and dip in Brie cheese, or boil to make our filling fall dish that's yummy all year round! Boil ravioli and set aside. Make quick homemade Alfredo with a pinch of ground clove or a little more cinnamon (easier than you think:). Sauté brussels with a little maple syrup, walnuts and chili flakes. Set aside. Heat artichoke in same pan with dried cranberries or cherries. Add ravioli to serving bowls with heaping artichoke cranberry/cherry spooned on top. Drizzle Alfredo then garnish with good helping of brussels mix.
