Works as described. Even better pressure options than I originally thought it would have. Voice control is easy to use, just gotta remember the short voice commands that it understands. Cooling is a pack that you put in the fridge. I haven't used that yet. The heat is very nice and adjustable. It will Bluetooth to your phone and play music beside your ears. My family said they couldn't hear it. I could hear my music coming out of it perfectly clear. I would but this again and I would buy it as gifts for others with sinus headaches or migraines. I get both and it really does provide some relief

I bought this for my son for his birthday. At first he wasn't sure about it because he thought it was for wrinkles,which is in the description,but he's in his 20's lol. But,after reading the instructions and trying it,he loved it! He works at a computer all day and gets frequent headaches.It also leaves his eyes feeling very tired,and has trouble sleeping .The heat and massage around the eyes is very relaxing! He said it's so comfortable and he enjoys being able to use voice controls to not interrupt the relaxation. All in all a hit! And it's a great luxury for the price!
