I was surprised at how great of a condition this pre-owned Samsung was. it had very minor wear marks where the power cable plugs in, but the screen is pristine. And the minor marks are covered up anyway with a case brand I buy for each of my cellphones anyway. In short, this seller did a good job on grading it, the price was reasonable, and I love the 30-day refund option, but it's not needed by me on this cellphone.
