I haven't yet laundered them but they are roomy on my size 7-7.5 foot(38) they are comfortable and warm for autumn. I hope they dry well and if they shrink, that it would be minimal. They rise 4-5 inches above ankle bone. They're enough to wear with most casual shoes.

These are not thick but are warm. I wear scrubs for work and my during my 70 mile drive my ankles are usually cold. Not with these Then, at home as I sit in the sun wearing these my feet ate not so hot i have to remove them ( and risk forgetting to take them inside). The patterns are so pretty.
