this was a cross stitch project I started years ago and finally finished. The pattern came from a picture of the house my mother was born and grew up in. One of the options i love to work with on their website is the ability to upload a picture of what you want to frame and be able to see what the finished product would look like. I have used this tool every time before deciding on which frame and possibly which mat to go with my finished product. The dimensions that I ask for are right on target and my needlecraft has fit every single time. I receive timely emails on the progress of my orders as well as the deliveries. I ordered 3 of these frames in various (odd) sizes. They were perfect to 'custom' frame some award certificates/diplomas. The elegant engraved details around the frame are nice enough to look fancy without looking pretentious. All frames perfectly fit my pieces. What I was most impressed about was how quickly I received them! My estimated time was about a month out, but I received them in about a week.
