MERACH Vibrating Plate Muscle Toner Exercise Machine 400lbs Capacity, Home Workout Equipment Vibration Plate with Resistance Bands

I wanted to try this machine for balance. I was unaware how it works. The most difficult thing for me was to remove the top of the battery cover on the remote to put the batteries in. There is a lock on the back of the remote. Depress the button until it clicks. Then slide the cover off. It turns on easily and is easy to operate. I used it for 2 minutes. I want to see how I feel I was standing. It is easy to maintain balance but I could grab the counter if I needed to. I did not. I want to try it again and use it in my arms and stomach muscles. But actually it works all the muscles at one time. Enjoy!

My daughter has one of these and recommended that I get one to help my neuropathy and I have used it several times already and my neuropathy seems to be better and I really like what it does for my legs and feet looking forward to using it more it's very well-made and I'm very happy with it.
