The plastic hurts my chest and chin

The circle piece that lays on my chest hurts really bad from the pressure of my head pushing on it I suggest that the makers put a fabric type cushion so the hard plastic isn't pressing against my chest and also where my chin rests is very hard and uncomfortable needs fusion also had to return it
