JOYSTAR Cervine 14 inch Kids Bike for Boys and Girls, Children Bicycle in Blue

This bike seems like good quality and a good value for the money. However it was missing a training wheel which Walmart could not replace as they do not replace missing parts. Although they are going to refund $ 20 it cost us $40 to purchase training wheels at a bike shop. They did offer to refund the price of the bike if we returned it, but the idea was for our four old grandson to have the bike on the same day as his six year old brother received his. The box it came in was slightly damaged and also taped together so it could possibly have been opened previously, but as we had paid to have the bike professionally assembled we did not open it ahead of that appointment. I should mention that the gentleman who did the assembly was indeed very professional and courteous and we were pleased with that aspect of this purchase.
